All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the scheduled session are eligible for full credit towards a different session. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of a scheduled session will receive a credit applicable toward another session ONLY if the space is able to be filled by another swimmer.
