NEW WAY TO REPORT AN ABSENCE IN YOUR PORTAL
We have changed our absence system, allowing families to report absences through your customer portal! (Click here to view a detailed explanation of how to report an absence with screen shots)
- Click here to log into your customer portal
- Quick Tips :
- Select Submit an Absence.
- Click into the Students field to select the students who will be absent.
- Select the date(s) the students will be absent.
- Optionally, add a Reason for the absence.
- Click Next Step.
- Use the checkboxes to select individual classes the students will be absent from, or use Check All Classes to select them all at once.
- Click Submit.
Absence policy reminders:
- Makeups will always be provided for classes missed due to NJAC reasons.
- Makeups are not scheduled for classes missed due to family reasons.
- Each swimmer is eligible for a free open/family swim for any class missed as long as this form is filled out prior to the absence. You can register for an open/family by logging in to the customer portal and using the filter to go to the Session: Open/family Swim.
- It is always best for swimmers to come to regularly scheduled classes to get the most consistent instruction. This also allows for our instructors to provide the most customized level of instruction as they can personalize each lesson based on the needs of their regularly scheduled swimmers.
